Welcome to HomBnb. By accessing or using our homestay reservation platform, services, or mobile web interfaces, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
HomBnb operates a decentralized accommodation marketplace. Stays are listed by independent, verified local hosts and monitored by licensed District Franchise Operators under the Orodana Ecosystem governance.
All booking payments are held under escrow protection until successful guest check-in. In the event of property misrepresentation, safety breaches, or unauthorized cancellation by a host, the district franchise desk will provide alternative accommodations or an immediate refund.
Hosts agree to maintain truthful property photos, clean amenities, fire safety provisions, and compliant local licensing. Failure to meet HomBnb Verified standards results in immediate delisting.
District franchise operators operate under strict territorial exclusivity agreements with Orodana HQ. Unlicensed reproduction of the HomBnb trademark or operator tools is prohibited.
